Erik Mora was born in Hernani (Guipúzcoa, Basque Country) in 1988. He finished his studies in chemistry in 2013 at the public university of Basque Country (UPV-EHU). During the academic year 2010/2011 he got an Erasmus scolarship at University of Cologne (Germany) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Axel Klein. In 2014 he got a Master Degree in “Applied Chemistry” at UPV-EHU. In May of 2016 he started his PhD with Dr. Esteruelas, focused in the preparation of new iridium complexes and the study of their properties.
